Transporting your package
Packages are generally dispatched between 5-7 working days after receipt of payment. Shipments are free exclusively in the province of Malaga. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with all the information regarding the delivery date.
Online sales are currently not available for orders outside the province of Malaga, however, they can be managed through email (email@example.com) or Whatsapp (+34 697 602 848). These deliveries will be done by an external transport agency to Muebles A.Benitez and the costs of the shipments will be borne by the customer.
Online and physical orders
At Muebles A.Benitez, returns are allowed during 15 days after delivery. To proceed with the return, the product must be kept in its original state, keeping all its accessories and instructions for use.
The price of the shipment will always be paid by the customer, regardless of the promotions to which the original shipment has been subject. In addition, the client will be obliged to use the same transport agency to process the return.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is not presented in perfect conditions. The original packaging must be protected so that it is received in perfect conditions, the use of products and adhesive tapes applied directly on it is prohibited.
In the case of an order delivered in the province of Malaga, the customer may return the item in question on his own account in our physical store located at Carretera de Mijas S/N, 29640, Fuengirola, Malaga completely free of charge.
If it is an article that cannot be transported in a conventional vehicle because of its dimensions, the return will be managed directly with Muebles A.Benitez by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), phone (+34 952 474 900) or Whatsapp (+34 697 602 848). The transport of the article to be returned will have a cost that will be paid by the customer if it is agree.
Orders requested to factory
All these orders requested to factory are totally customized for every client, either in terms of measures, finishes or colours. If the customer is not satisfied with its order once the delivery has done or if it change his opinion during the waiting period, it will have to contact with the commercial advisor who assisted it during the sale proccess, or in case of an online order, it should contact with Muebles A.Benitez in the same way that it used to do the original order.
Our items have a 3-year guarantee, counting from the date of receipt. Muebles A.Benitez assumes the responsability derived from any possible defect of origin or raw material of the purchased product. In this case, said responsability is limited to the repair of the product, its replacement, the price reduction or the termination of contract.
Muebles A.Benitez is responsible for deficiencies that occur due to improperuse, negligence, blows ot force majeure, nor for components subject to wear and tear due to normal use of the product.
After the first 3 years of guarantee, if there is a manufacturer's guarantee, the manufacturer will respond directly fot the period established in its guarantee.
