Transport of your package and assembly

Orders are generally delivered within 5-7 working days after receipt of payment. Deliveries are free of charge exclusively within the province of Malaga. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or Whatsapp with all the information regarding the delivery date. On the day of delivery, you will also receive an SMS between 9 and 11 am with the approximate time, with a margin of 1 to 2 hours.

Regarding mattresses, we recommend that you do not unpack the product until you are sure of your purchase. Once the protective plastic has been removed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

We want you to enjoy your furniture both at the time of purchase and on receipt at home, so we have a team of professional delivery and assembly staff, providing a completely free transport and assembly service in the province of Malaga. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery is effective, guaranteeing the necessary accessibility, especially in the case of large orders. Due to company policy, we do not go above the 2nd floor without a lift. If the use of mechanical means such as cranes or lifts is necessary, the customer must inform us in advance and will be responsible for the cost.

Currently, online sales are not available for orders with deliveries outside the province of Malaga, however, they can be managed by email to clientes@mueblesbenitez.com or by Whatsapp with the telephone number +34 697602848.

Orders placed with the factory (Delivery over one month)

All orders placed at the factory are fully customised for each customer, whether in terms of measurements, finishes or colours. If you are not satisfied with your order once it has been delivered to your home, or if you change your mind during the waiting period of the order, you should contact the sales advisor who assisted you during the purchase process or if you have placed the order online you should contact Muebles A.Benítez in the same way as you did when placing the original order.

It is important to note that, due to their nature, items ordered from the factory cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Returns

Muebles Benitez allows returns within 15 days of delivery. In order to proceed with the return, the product must be kept in its original condition, with all its accessories and instructions for use.

The shipping costs will always be paid by the customer, regardless of the promotions to which the original shipment was subject. Furthermore, the customer shall be obliged to use the same transport agency for the return.

Returns will not be accepted for items that are not in perfect condition or for products ordered from the factory (see previous section). 

In the case of an order delivered in the province of Malaga, the customer may return the item in question at their own expense in our physical shop located at Carretera de Mijas S/N, 29640, Fuengirola, Malaga free of charge.

If it is an item that cannot be transported in a conventional vehicle due to its dimensions, the return will be managed directly with Muebles A.Benítez by email (clientes@mueblesbenitez.com), telephone (+34 952 474 900) or Whatsapp (+34 697 602 848). The transport of the article to be returned will have a cost that will be assumed by the client in case of being in agreement.
