Delivery, guarantee and returns
Legal Warranty
- All our products include a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with current regulations.
- This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects that affect the functionality, structure, or finish of the item and are not due to misuse or external causes.
- The following are excluded from the legal warranty:
- Wear and tear resulting from normal use, such as loss of firmness in foams, changes in colour due to light exposure, or abrasion on fabrics and surfaces.
- Damage caused by improper use or use that is not in accordance with the nature of the product, including impacts, scratches, exposure to extreme humidity or heat, overloading, or use in non-domestic environments if not designed for such purposes.
- Issues arising from incorrect handling, lack of maintenance, or cleaning with products not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Defects caused by installation, assembly, or transportation performed by third parties outside Muebles Benítez, as well as unauthorised interventions, modifications, or repairs by unqualified personnel.
Package Transport and Assembly
Orders are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Delivery is free exclusively within the province of Málaga. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with all the delivery details. On the day of delivery, you will also receive an SMS between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. with the approximate time slot, with a margin of 1 to 2 hours.
For mattresses, we recommend not unwrapping the product until you are completely sure of your purchase. Once the protective plastic has been removed, exchanges or returns will not be accepted.
We want you to enjoy your furniture both at the time of purchase and upon receiving it at home. For this reason, we have a team of professional delivery and assembly staff, offering a completely free transport and assembly service within the province of Málaga. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery is feasible, guaranteeing the necessary accessibility, especially for bulky items. As per company policy, we do not carry items above the second floor without a lift. If mechanical means such as cranes or lifts are required, the customer must notify us in advance and will be responsible for the associated cost.
Online sales are not currently available for deliveries outside the province of Málaga. However, orders can be arranged by email at clientes@mueblesbenitez.com or by WhatsApp. These shipments will be handled by an external transport agency, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Orders Requested from Factory (Delivery over one month)
All orders placed to the factory are fully customised for each customer, whether in measurements, finishes, or colours. If you are not satisfied with your order once delivered to your home, or if you change your mind during the waiting period, you must contact the sales advisor who assisted you during the purchase process. If the customised order was placed online, you must contact Muebles A. Benítez using the same method you used to place the original order.
Due to their nature, items ordered from the factory cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Returns
At Muebles Benítez, returns are allowed within 15 days from the date of delivery. To proceed with a return, the product must remain in its original condition, keeping all accessories and user instructions.
The return shipping cost will always be borne by the customer, regardless of any promotions applied to the original shipment. Additionally, the customer must use the same transport agency to complete the return.
Returns will not be accepted for items that are not in perfect condition or for products ordered from the factory (see section above).
For orders delivered within the province of Málaga, the customer may return the item personally to our physical store located at Carretera de Mijas S/N, 29640, Fuengirola, Málaga, at no additional cost.
If the item cannot be transported in a standard vehicle due to its dimensions, the return will be managed directly with Muebles A. Benítez via email (clientes@mueblesbenitez.com), telephone (+34 952 474 900), or WhatsApp (+34 697 602 848). The collection service for the returned item will have a cost that must be accepted and covered by the customer.
