Orders placed in a physical store

  • Items purchased directly from the showroom and collected by the customer may be returned within 2 working days of the date of purchase.
  • For the return to be accepted, the product must be delivered in the same condition in which it was collected, undamaged, unaltered and with all its accessories. Returns can only be made at our physical shop.

Note: When a display product is delivered by Muebles Benítez as a free service, these conditions do not apply in the same way: In the event of a return, 10% will be deducted for initial transport and handling costs.

New and packaged products available in our warehouse are generally non-returnable.

If the customer wishes to request an exception, our team will assess each case taking into account the type of product, its condition, packaging, necessary handling and available access for collection.

If the return is approved, a charge will be applied for handling, transport and product depreciation, which may be 10% or more, depending on the characteristics of the item and the associated logistics costs.

Muebles Benítez reserves the right not to accept the return.

Customised items — selection of colours, fabrics, upholstery, finishes, special sizes or any made-to-order items — cannot be returned, in accordance with Law 3/2014 of 27 March (art. 103).

A 30% deposit is required for their manufacture, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation after production has begun.

Orders placed online

The customer has 15 calendar days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returns can only be processed if the item retains its original packaging, including packaging, accessories and instructions, as these are necessary for its correct handling and transport.

Products manufactured to order or those whose inspection determines that they have been used or assembled in a way that prevents their resale are excluded from return.

In addition, returns will be handled by the same transport agency that made the delivery.

No. Transport costs and/or product depreciation costs associated with the return are always borne by the customer, even if the initial purchase benefited from free shipping.

A charge of 10% or more of the amount to be refunded will be applied if the product is not returned in perfect condition with its original packaging, to cover depreciation, transport costs and initial handling costs. 

Muebles A. Benítez will cover part of the initial shipping costs. In the event of withdrawal, the customer must cover the full amount of the corresponding shipping costs, which will be communicated to them before the return process begins.

If the delivery was made in the province of Málaga, the customer can return the item to our shop in Fuengirola (Carretera de Mijas S/N, 29640).

For bulky items or items that cannot be transported in a conventional vehicle, we arrange collection through our agency.
